摘要
随着数字化智能技术的发展，产出了海量的信息，如何运用这些信息对供应链进行实时的优化，以应对突发事件，这是目前我国企业面临的一个重大课题。供应链的数字孪生技术，使企业能够在供应链运营中进行最优的决策与管理。基于此，本文就供应链成本管理工作中数字孪生技术应用策略进行了研究分析，以供相关人员参考。

Abstract
With the development of digital intelligence technology, the output of massive information, how to use the information to optimize the supply chain in real time, in order to deal with emergencies, is a major issue faced by Chinese enterprises. The digital twinning technology of supply chain enables enterprises to make optimal decision and management in supply chain operation. Based on this, this paper studies and analyzes the application strategy of digital twin technology in supply chain cost management, for reference of relevant personnel.
