摘要

随着各级政策的推动,宁波市科技企业孵化器历经30余年的发展,取得了长足的进步。近几年受到新冠疫情的影响,宁波市科技企业孵化器关键指标呈现出同比持平或者略有下滑的特征,并表现出国家孵化器贡献突出、孵化服务多元化发展、专业类孵化器占比较低等特点。宁波市孵化器在运营模式方面,主要有龙头科技企业孵化模式、可复制的标准化园区孵化模式以及高校院所孵化模式等。针对宁波市孵化器的整体质量、规模、专业化程度、盈利能力等方面的问题,本文提出了优化建议。

Abstract

With the promotion of policies at all levels, Ningbo technology business incubator has made great progress after more than 30 years of development. In recent years, due to the impact of the novel coronavirus epidemic, the key indicators of science and technology business incubators in Ningbo show the characteristics of flat or slightly declining compared with the same period last year, and the characteristics of outstanding contribution of national incubators, diversified development of incubation services, and relatively low proportion of professional incubators. In terms of operation mode, Ningbo incubator mainly includes incubation mode of leading science and technology enterprises, reproducible standardized park incubation mode and incubation mode of universities and institutions. In view of the overall quality, scale, specialization, profitability and other problems of Ningbo incubator, this paper puts forward optimization suggestions.
