摘要
人工智能技术在集成电路设计中的应用正推动产业向高效化、绿色化和智能化方向发展。通过提升设计流程自动化水平,优化资源配置与能耗管理,增强芯片性能表现,并拓展产业发展空间,AI有效应对了传统设计方法面临的诸多挑战。研究表明,深度融合AI技术不仅提高了设计效率与产品质量,也为产业链协同与创新提供了新路径。这一趋势为集成电路产业的可持续发展注入了强劲动力。

Abstract
The application of artificial intelligence technology in integrated circuit design is driving the industry toward higher efficiency, greener practices, and greater intelligence. By enhancing automation in the design process, optimizing resource allocation and energy consumption, improving chip performance, and expanding the industry's development space, AI has effectively addressed many challenges faced by traditional design methods. Research indicates that the deep integration of AI technology not only boosts design efficiency and product quality but also opens new pathways for supply chain collaboration and innovation. This trend is injecting strong momentum into the sustainable development of the integrated circuit design industry.
