摘要
区域地质勘查为资源开发与工程建设提供基础数据,地质环境保护则关乎生态系统稳定与可持续发展,二者协同是实现区域高质量发展的关键。当前,部分地区存在勘查过程忽视环境影响、环保措施制约勘查效率等问题,导致资源开发与生态保护失衡。研究聚焦如何平衡二者关系,通过分析勘查与环保的内在联系,探索协同机制与技术路径,旨在提出科学的协调发展策略,为优化勘查流程、完善环保措施提供理论支撑,促进资源合理利用与生态环境安全的良性互动,推动形成勘查 - 保护 - 开发的闭环体系。

Abstract
Regional geological exploration provides fundamental data for resource development and engineering projects, while environmental protection is crucial for ecosystem stability and sustainable development. The synergy between these two aspects is key to achieving high-quality regional development. Currently, some regions face issues such as neglecting environmental impacts during exploration and environmental protection measures hindering exploration efficiency, leading to imbalances between resource exploitation and ecological conservation. This study focuses on balancing the relationship between exploration and environmental protection by analyzing their intrinsic connections, exploring collaborative mechanisms and technical pathways. It aims to propose scientific coordinated development strategies, provide theoretical support for optimizing exploration processes and improving environmental protection measures, promote benign interaction between rational resource utilization and ecological security, and drive the formation of a closed-loop system integrating exploration, protection, and development.
