摘要

高校全方位对外合作是高校寻求办学关键资源的重要渠道，结合西南科技大学办学实际情况与特色，围绕服务国家重大战略、长江经济带建设、区域经济社会发展、军工行业领域重大需求、科教协同和产教融合发展机制创新等国家和行业重大战略需求，梳理学校在全方位对外合作方面的现状，以“深化与重点单位、重点领域、重点学科开展全方位合作”为核心，深度挖掘学校办学体制优势、领域优势、学科优势，构建高质量支撑体系，提出构建全方位对外合作的思路、举措，建立全方位合作机制，着力打造校内“打破学科壁垒、促进学科融合”、校园周边“依托属地政府，打造环校园创新经济圈”、外部“与兄弟高校、产业和区域经济深化互动”的三级合作体系。以期为兄弟高校开展全方位对外合作提供参考和借鉴。
