摘要

在新时代教育高质量发展的背景下,“五育并举”成为高校育人工作的核心理念,全面推进德智体美劳融合发展对大学生的综合素质提出了更高要求。心理健康作为学生全面发展的关键支撑,与五育协调发展密切相关。当前高校学生面临多元价值冲突、学业与就业压力叠加、情绪调适能力不足等突出问题,心理健康教育的系统性、时代性和实效性亟需加强。本文聚焦“五育并举”导向下高校心理健康教育的现实挑战与路径优化,旨在构建更加科学、融合、协同的育人机制,促进学生身心和谐发展与人格健全成长。

Abstract

Against the backdrop of high-quality development in education in the new era, the "Simultaneous Promotion of Five Educations" has become the core concept of talent cultivation in colleges and universities. The comprehensive promotion of integrated development of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education imposes higher requirements on the comprehensive quality of college students. As a key support for students' all-round development, mental health is closely related to the coordinated development of the five educations. Currently, college students are faced with prominent issues such as multiple value conflicts, superimposed academic and employment pressures, and insufficient emotional adjustment capabilities, making it urgent to strengthen the systematic, contemporary, and effective nature of mental health education. This paper focuses on the practical challenges and path optimization of mental health education in colleges and universities under the guidance of "Simultaneous Promotion of Five Educations," aiming to construct a more scientific, integrated, and collaborative education mechanism to promote students' harmonious physical and mental development and sound personality growth.
