技工院校中外合作办学跨文化交际能力培养路径研究

摘要

本研究聚焦于技工院校中外合作办学背景下学生跨文化交际能力的培养。随着全球化的发展,技工院校的学生在中外合作办学项目中面临着跨文化交流的挑战。本文通过对相关教育模式的分析,探讨了当前培养过程中存在的问题,如课程体系不完善、师资跨文化素养不足等。从课程设置、师资建设、实践活动开展等方面提出了具体的培养路径。旨在提高技工院校学生在跨文化情境中的交际能力,使其更好地适应国际化的职业环境,为其未来的职业发展和国际交流合作打下坚实基础,推动技工院校中外合作办学项目的高质量发展。

Abstract

This study focuses on cultivating students' cross-cultural communication skills in the context of Sino-foreign cooperative education in technical colleges. With the development of globalization, students in technical colleges face challenges of cross-cultural communication in Sino-foreign cooperative education projects. Through an analysis of relevant educational models, this paper discusses the existing problems in the current cultivation process, such as imperfect curriculum systems and insufficient cross-cultural literacy of teachers. Specific cultivation paths are proposed from aspects such as curriculum setting, teacher development, and the implementation of practical activities. The aim is to improve the communication skills of technical college students in cross-cultural situations, enable them to better adapt to the international professional environment, lay a solid foundation for their future career development and international exchange and cooperation, and promote the high-quality development of Sino-foreign cooperative education projects in technical colleges.
