建筑工程施工进度管理的研究

摘要

随着我国建筑工程向着规模化和复杂化的发展,建筑施工过程中的进度管理已成为影响工程质量、安全、成本和企业核心竞争力的关键环节。本文以该研究相关文献为分析范围,采用文献综述法、案例分析法等方法,系统剖析自然因素、项目管理人员素质、劳务班组经验能力三大关键因素的作用机制与影响程度,研究表明,自然因素对进度影响最为显著,是主要外在干扰源;管理人员能力、劳务班组协同能力为主要人为影响因素。构建“前期准备-计划编制-过程监控-偏差调整-结果总结”闭环管理流程,并配套针对性措施,可使进度管理效率大幅度提升,显著降低工期延误风险,为企业优化进度管理、减少工期延误提供理论支撑与实践指导,具有重要工程应用价值。

Abstract

With the development of China's construction projects towards scale and complexity, schedule management during the construction process has become a crucial link that affects project quality, safety, cost, and the core competitiveness of enterprises. Taking the literature related to this research as the analysis scope, this paper adopts methods including literature review and case analysis to systematically analyze the mechanism and influence degree of three key factors: natural factors, the quality of project management personnel, and the experience and ability of labor teams. The research indicates that natural factors exert the most significant impact on the schedule and serve as the primary external interference sources; the competence of management personnel and the collaborative capability of labor teams are the main human-related factors. By constructing a closed-loop management process of “preliminary preparation-plan formulation-process monitoring-deviation adjustment-result summary” and supporting it with targeted measures, the efficiency of schedule management can be greatly improved, the risk of schedule delay can be significantly reduced, which provides theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprises to optimize schedule management and reduce construction period delay, and thus possesses important engineering application value.
