摘要
目的 对比中英文文献研究中国际功能、残疾和健康分类（ICF）领域的研究热点，协作网络和资助特征。方法 检索Web of Science核心合集和中国知网2015年1月1日-2025年12月31日的期刊论文与综述文献，筛选后，纳入中文文献247篇，英文文献2533篇。运用CiteSpace6.2.R4对关键词，作者及机构共现分析和时区图的可视化处理。结果 ①热点：中文文献研究聚焦临床康复（“脑卒中”频次22次），英文文献研究覆盖多元场景（“quality of life”（生活质量）频次137次）。②中文文献研究中作者网络密度0.0051，呈高度集中的双核心分布且连通性弱，核心作者邱卓英发文29篇，核心机构世界卫生组织国际分类家族中国合作中心发文26篇。英文文献研究中作者网络密度0.0071，呈多中心分布且连通性强（核心作者Stucki, Gerold发文51次，核心机构Swiss Paraplegic Research发文151次）。结论 英文文献研究已形成跨学科，多中心协作网络与多元资助体系，中文文献研究高度集中于临床康复及评估工具本土化应用开发，跨机构和跨学科协作不足，基金资助机构单一。

Abstract
Objective To compare the research hotspots, collaboration networks, and funding characteristics of studies in the field of International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) between Chinese and English literature. Methods Journal articles and review articles published from January 1, 2015, to December 31, 2025, were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection and China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI). After screening, 247 Chinese documents and 2533 English documents were included. CiteSpace 6.2.R4 was used for keyword co-occurrence analysis, author and institution co-occurrence analysis, and visualization of time-zone maps. Results ① Hotspots: Chinese literature mainly focused on clinical rehabilitation (e.g., stroke, appearing 22 times), while English literature covered diverse scenarios (e.g., quality of life, appearing 137 times). ② In Chinese literature, the author network density was 0.0051, showing a highly concentrated dual-core distribution with weak connectivity; the core author was Zhuoying Qiu with 29 publications, and the core institution was the WHO Collaborating Centre for the International Classification Family in China with 26 publications. In English literature, the author network density was 0.0071, showing a multi-center distribution with strong connectivity; the core author was Gerold Stucki with 51 publications, and the core institution was Swiss Paraplegic Research with 151 publications. Conclusion English literature has formed an interdisciplinary, multi-center collaborative network and a diversified funding system. Chinese literature is highly concentrated in clinical rehabilitation and the localized application and development of assessment tools, with insufficient inter-institutional and interdisciplinary collaboration and a single type of funding agency.
