摘要
近几十年来，河北省现当代应用翻译伴随时代发展蓬勃兴起，历经科技翻译发轫、外宣翻译拓展规范、多元实践融合发展等阶段，涌现出陈在新、罗进德、李正栓等大批优秀翻译人才及丰硕成果，但系统性研究仍显不足。本文以时间为轴划分其发展阶段，梳理各领域代表人物与成就，总结总体特征并展望未来，旨在夯实河北现当代翻译研究与实践的全国地位及影响力，提升河北翻译能力，助力河北文化形象塑造与文化强省战略落地。

Abstract
In recent decades, the modern and contemporary pragmatic translation in Hebei Province has flourished alongside the times, going through stages such as the initiation of S&T translation, the expansion and standardization of external publicity translation, and the integrated development of diversified practices. A large number of outstanding translators like Chen Zaixin, Luo Jinde, and Li Zhengshuan have emerged, accompanied by fruitful achievements. However, systematic research in this field remains insufficient. Taking time as the axis, this paper divides its development stages, sorts out representative figures and accomplishments in various fields, summarizes the overall characteristics, and looks forward to the future. The purpose is to consolidate the national status and influence of modern and contemporary translation research and practice in Hebei, enhance Hebei's translation capacity, and contribute to shaping Hebei's cultural image and advancing the strategy of building a culturally strong province.
