Multidimensional evaluation of journals in electrophysiology and publication strategies for Chinese researchers
电生理期刊多维度评价及中国研究者投稿策略

摘要

目的 针对心脏电生理领域创新成果投稿选刊难的问题，系统分析全球电生理权威期刊特征，多维度评价各项指标，为国内该领域研发与临床人员提供科学选刊依据及选题指导。方法 以Web of Science数据库为主要数据来源，纳入10本符合 SCI 收录的电生理相关期刊，从影响因子、年文章数量、审稿周期、中国研究者占比等8个维度进行分析。结果 10本期刊影响因子从38.6-1.3分不等；平均审稿周期最快为《美国心脏病学会杂志》与《起搏与临床电生理杂志》（3周），《起搏与临床电生理杂志》国内研究者文章收刊率较高；综合刊聚焦心衰与危险因素，电生理专刊则高度关注基于新型医疗器械的技术应用。结论 不同期刊在影响力、审稿效率及主题偏好上差异显著，本分析可帮助国内心脏电生理从业者精准选刊，为创新研发选题提供参考。

Abstract

Objective The study aimed to analyze global electrophysiology journals, to provide scientific journal-selection basis and technological innovation topic guidance for domestic medical device R&D and clinical researcher.
Methods Web of Science was used as the main data source. Ten electrophysiology-related journals indexed in Science Citation Index (SCI) were included. Quantitative and qualitative analyses were done from 8 dimensions: impact factor (IF), annual number of articles, review cycle, proportion of Chinese researchers etc.
Results Impact factors ranged from 38.6 to 1.3. The shortest review time was 3 weeks (JACC and Pacing and Clinical Electrophysiology), with the latter favoring domestic submissions. Comprehensive journals focused on heart failure and risk factors; specialty journals on novel device technologies.
Conclusion   Different journals show significant differences in influence, review efficiency and topic preference. This analysis helps domestic medical device researchers select journals accurately, and provides references for clinical evaluation and innovative R&D topic selection.
