摘要
学生健康档案是校园卫生工作基本的载体，学生健康档案管理质量的好坏会直接影响到疾病预防和健康干预的精准度。本文从动态掌握学生个体健康走势、支撑分层分类健康干预、提高应急处突能力这三个方面来阐述档案管理的重要性，并提出五条具体的实践路径，即规范好档案采集标准口径，建立全周期动态更新机制，推进档案信息电子化建设，加强数据应用与反馈工作，健全相关保障体系。

Abstract
Student health records are a fundamental tool for campus health work. The quality of student health record management directly affects the accuracy of disease prevention and health interventions. This paper elaborates on the importance of record management from three aspects: dynamically tracking individual students' health trends, supporting stratified and classified health interventions, and improving emergency response capabilities. It also proposes five specific practical approaches: standardizing record collection criteria, establishing a full-cycle dynamic update mechanism, promoting the digitalization of record information, strengthening data application and feedback, and improving the relevant support system.
