摘要
技术全球化背景下，中美薄膜技术规范在跨境传播与互认中存在深层语义理解困境。本研究构建精加工中美薄膜技术规范平行语料库，结合语料库语言学定量与多模态话语定性分析，探究文本、视觉模态的语义表征及跨文化差异。结果显示二者存在系统性语义分歧：美方规范倚重物质过程与shall显性指令，彰显程序性权威；中方侧重关系过程与“应”类表述，突出定义性权威。视觉层面二者图像叙事、图文关系亦存在明显区别。本研究构建技术规范语义解读、跨文化翻译与本土化分析框架，并从精准度、一致性、可操作性完善其跨境传播质量评价体系。

Abstract
This study constructs a parallel corpus of high precision processing Chinese American thin film technical specifications. Combining quantitative corpus linguistics analysis with qualitative multimodal discourse analysis, it explores the semantic representation and cross cultural differences of textual and visual modalities. Findings reveal systematic semantic divergences: US specifications emphasize material processes and explicit imperatives marked by “shall” to demonstrate procedural authority; Chinese specifications prioritize relational processes and normative expressions such as “ying (shall/should)” to highlight definitional authority. Noticeable disparities also lie in visual image narration and text image relations. Finally, an analytical framework covering technical specification semantic interpretation, cross-cultural translation, and localization was constructed, along with a quality evaluation system for cross-border dissemination refined in terms of accuracy, consistency, and operability.
