摘要

随着我国科技水平不断进步，经济发展水平不断提高，人民生活日益完善，人口结构和人民生产生活的需要也在日益改变，同时人口老龄化问题逐渐严重，老龄人口的养老保障问题逐渐尖锐。为了探寻一种既能满足医疗需求又能满足养老需求的养老模式，让我国人民老有所依，老有所养，在“互联网+”应用广泛的时代背景下，文章从我国目前老龄化社会的研究背景出发，剖析了“互联网+”在“医养结合”新模式中的优势，以河北省内的医疗机构和养老机构为例，探讨了“互联网+”背景下河北省医疗资源与养老机构不断融合协同发展，新型业态逐步兴起的发展现状，发现了河北省内出现医养结合模式不成熟、数据缺失共享不畅、数据信息缺乏标准规范和法律规范等问题，并立足政府相关政策最终提出了构建信息平台与开拓多元融资渠道等建议。
