2017年12月，习总书记提出了关于加快智慧城市发展的要求，表示要全面实施国家大数据战略，加快建设数字中国。各企业的项目实施、产品研发、生产、IT技术的应用等多方面在智慧城市行业项目的建设中有着重要的实践意义，对加快建设智慧城市、有利于加快城市工业化、信息化的发展，对加强城镇一体化以及农业现代化的发展起到一个推手的作用，有效提升城市的可持续发展。本文就企业项目管理在智慧城市行业项目建设中的实践应用做出以下探讨，主要包括企业及项目的内容、智慧城市的发展、以及二者结合的实践应用做出相应的分析，以求为今后的研究提供有益价值。
