信息科技的现代化发展，为人类带来了更为多彩和有趣的生命体验，同时，计算机信息资讯的安全是研究的重点方向，有关部门的监管与培训也是辅助性的，唯有综合运用，才能使电脑科学与技术得以健康平稳地发展。电脑的使用给人类的生产和生活带来了很大的改变，我们国家也投入了大量的资金和人力，但从总体上看，电脑的发展并不乐观。面对当前计算机技术在应用中遇到的问题，要想办法通过现代化手段来缩小与国外的技术差距，并针对这些问题提出行之有效的对策。因此，有必要加快计算机科学和技术在实际中的应用。
