摘要
我国在第十三届人大常委会上通过了在刑事诉讼法中设立缺席审判的制度。这标志着我国正式地确立了缺席审判制度。表现了对于缺席审判制度的重视。也开始了我国缺席审判的新历程。长期以往，我国都是采取的较为单一的对席制度，建立新的审判制度是对我国司法体系的一个重大考验，所以需要从实践中不断总结新的经验加以完善，加快我国法治建设的进程。
关键词： 刑事缺席审判；适用范围；异议权；重新审理
Abstract
China adopted the system of trial by default in the criminal procedure law at the 13th Standing Committee of the National People's Congress. This marks the formal establishment of the trial by default system in China. It shows the importance of the trial by default system. It also started a new process of trial by default in our country. For a long time, our country has adopted a relatively single sitting system, and the establishment of a new trial system is a major test of our judicial system. Therefore, it is necessary to constantly summarize new expe- rience from practice and improve it, so as to speed up the process of the construction of the rule of law in our country.
