武汉市高校开展武术散打的风险管理现状及对策研究

摘要

2017-2020年中共中央办公厅国务院办公厅印发《关于实施中华优秀传统文化传承发展工程的意见》、《关于全面加强和改进新时代学校体育工作的意见》及体育总局印发《武术产业发展规划（2019-2025）》中分别提到“激发武术产业发展活力、弘扬武术传统文化、提高武术国际影响力，对建设健康中国、提升国家文化软实力、增强国际话语权具有重要作用，所以要普及和推广武术项目，加快武术产业发展。”武术散打作为中华武术的重要组成部分，具有深厚的文化背景与运动特色，随着世界格斗类项目的发展和国潮热的兴起，武术散打等民族体育项目逐渐受到青年群体的关注，在学校体育和群众体育中开展得如火如荼。本文通过对武汉市8所高校在实际开展武术散打项目中可能存在的风险因素进行调研与分析，从而分析出在高校开展的武术散打在学生、教师和学校三个方面的风险指，并对其进行分析，最后在风险规避、风险控制、风险转移中提供了可操作的方法，为学校体育健康开展武术散打运动提供理论参考。

Abstract

In 2017-2020, the general office of the State Council issued on the implementation of Chinese excellent traditional culture inheritance development project opinions, opinions on comprehensively strengthening and improving the new era school sports work opinions and general administration of sports issued the martial arts industry development plan (2019-2025) respectively mentioned " stimulate the martial arts industry development vitality, traditional culture, martial arts international influence, to build healthy China, enhance national cultural soft power, enhance international voice plays an important role, so to popularize and promote martial arts projects, accelerate the development of martial arts industry."As an important part of Chinese martial arts, Sanda has profound cultural background and sports characteristics. With the development of world fighting events and the rise of China-fashion fever, Sanda, a national sport, has gradually attracted the attention of young people, and has been carried out in full swing in school sports and mass sports.This paper through the research in the actual risk factors, analyzes the three aspects of middle school students, teachers and school related risk factors, and analyze it, finally in risk avoidance, risk control, risk transfer provides an operational method, for school sports health to carry out the sanda theory reference.
