摘要

随着乡村振兴的战略实施，农村公共文化服务建设成为了新阶段刻不容缓的任务，在促进产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕等方面具有重要意义。然而目前农村公共文化服务体系还存在资金投入不足、人才缺口严重、供给主体责任不明等问题。因此需要加强农村公共文化服务资金保障、优化农村公共文化服务人才结构、加快构建部门协作和资源共享机制，以此建设和发展农村公共文化服务体系，推动乡村振兴战略的全面实施。

Abstract

With the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization, the construction of rural public cultural services has become an urgent task in the new stage, which is of great significance in promoting industrial prosperity, ecological livability, rural civilization, effective governance, and affluent life. However, the current rural public cultural service system still has problems such as insufficient capital investment, serious talent gap, and un- clear responsibility of the main supply. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the guarantee of funds for rural pub- lic cultural services, optimize the talent structure of rural public cultural services, and speed up the construction of departmental collaboration and resource sharing mechanisms, so as to build and develop the rural public cultural service system and promote the full implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
