The current situation and path of training tourism professionals in higher vocational colleges under the strategy of rural revitalization
乡村振兴战略下高职旅游专业人才培养现状与路径

摘要

乡村振兴战略提出于党的十九大报告，各高校培养旅游专业的人才可将此战略作为发展契机，结合当地旅游特点展开旅游专业教育。本文的研究基于江西旅游环境和资源、文化背景，分析了高校旅游专业人才培养现状，并根据其中的不足提出了乡村振兴战略发展下的人才培养路径，主要从课程设置、就业引导、社会服务、人才培养方案等方面着手，希望有利于创新高职院校旅游专业人才培养模式，促进应用型人才培养。

Abstract

The rural revitalization strategy was put forward in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Colleges and universities can take this strategy as an opportunity for development and carry out tourism professional education in combination with local tourism characteristics. Based on Jiangxi's tourism environment, resources and cultural background, this research analyzes the current situation of tourism professional training in colleges and universities, and puts forward the talent training path under the strategic development of rural revitalization according to its shortcomings. It mainly starts from curriculum setting, employment guidance, social services, talent training programs and other aspects. I hope it will be beneficial. Innovate the training model of tourism professionals in higher vocational colleges and promote the training of applied talents.
